Lifetime Supporter is a single, one-time payment processed by PayPal. If it was not what you expected, request a refund through the contact page within 14 days of purchase and it will normally be honoured, no questions asked - this is a small, independently run product and the aim is that nobody feels stuck with a purchase that did not deliver.
Refunds are currently processed by hand: the operator issues the refund directly through PayPal, and your account's Lifetime Supporter features are then removed. This is a manual step rather than an automatic one, so allow a few days for it to be actioned, especially outside of business hours.
Requests made later than 14 days after purchase are considered case by case rather than automatically refused - if you have a good reason, ask. There is simply no guarantee of a refund past that point the way there is within it.
Nothing else on this site costs money - the research itself, and a free account's saved Browse views, are free and always will be, so there is nothing else to refund.
