What the market is doing
Standouts under $25
High interest scores at prices that do not require a serious decision.

Why ask this
The same ranking as the standouts, under $25. Worth its own question because the research is most useful exactly where the decision is cheap enough to act on — and because a screen of four-figure chase cards teaches a collector nothing they can use.
How to read the figure
Each row names the ingredient that put the card where it is. At this end of the market the reliability check matters more, not less: cheap cards have thinner books.
How well it has measured
The interest score: Strong and consistent. Across 38 test dates, each scored using only what was knowable that day, cards it ranked in the top tenth beat its bottom tenth by about 19% over the next 60 days on average (rank correlation +0.295). The windows overlap, so that is closer to 13 independent readings than 38, all from one rising market.
Where it can be wrong
Below the analysis floor a percentage move is mostly rounding, so the very cheapest cards in the catalog carry no score at all rather than a flattering one.
